Vg and pg absorb water.. It's used in a few different products for this purpose like waterless engine coolant.. The only water vapour we inhale or exhale would be what's already in the juice when bought or what's absorbed.. I know you should drink plenty of water when Vaping wether this is because it absorbs water out of your body I couldn't answer though.

By the way .40mm is 26gauge, you would need 15 wrap single coil for .1 ohm or 15 wrap each on a dual coil for .05 ohm, try 15 wrap each on the velocity you should be fine

About 10ml most days upto 20ml depends how busy I am. Doubt I vape much more than that. Couldn't really say I save much money compared too when I smoked, if any.. Is that a week flavourtank ?

Was going too say wheres this battery pack your on about, the spare efusion is a maxamps I believe which are expensive battery's. What's the dims on the vt200 battery?
