Just Aspire trying to price fix just like Joyetech and as some of the smaller companies' grow we will see the same from them, but for me love the big Chinese vendors they keep the price real for many of us who love the new shiny gadgets. If i was paying the high price that some B&M charge in the Uk then i would only buy 1 mod and when that die's I would then replace, but having the option to buy at a cheaper price 1 i feel like I am getting a bargain 2 if the mods not that good I don't really get annoyed as its not cost the world 3 I get the good feel factor when I get tape mail. I also stick to Gearbest fasttech Efun.top 3Fvape Focalecig and Cigabuy these vendors have always provide a good service, maybe a little slow on postage side but apart from that they are good reliable companies' and they do have there company reps on this forum who always help.

I suppose you have to question the authenticity of any product sold by a company on the list. Like you say they may be getting their supply via a third party, but why do this, if they are legit distributors of real authentic products? They either fell off the back of a lorry heading out of a real products factory, or some other back handed deal has taken place to dump the product onto the market. To me it's more important to get products like coils, batteries etc from reputable distributors rather than take a chance on cheap shit put out by some of the businesses on the list and touted as 'authentic'. Many of which we seem to promote widely on this forum. Clearly many of these are running fast and loose with distributor agreements. One company (not on the list) for instance won't ship ELeaf products to the UK. I did ask them about that, and it turns out that ELeaf will not allow it, as ELeaf have an agreement with another company to supply to the UK. Now I am beginning to understand. I am either getting fake/copy/clones/knock off's/fell off the lorry, from the likes of Gearbest/Fasttech/eFun etc, or they are playing rough shod over the rules. As a recent thread has highlighted. If I was to buy a X item and ended up with Y I would not be too happy. By the same token, I purchased two identical ELeaf 40w TC mods, one from GearBest, one from Fasttech. One has a serial number on the top, laser etched. The other has the word ELeaf etched in the same place and no serial number. Both have ELeaf and iStick printed on the side, and both work fine. Now I wonder if one or both are real. By allowing ourselves to be ruled by price, we have entered a strange twilight world. Is any of this shit real? correct Eleaf won't supply UK and this also go's for Joyetech and Wismec, all are part of the the same group, and have a deal with totally wicked to be sole supplier for Uk, I have order these items from Chinese vendors and checked with scratch code which identifies as authentic. Lets be truthful like of some of these big vendors like Gearbest, fastech plus others orders 1000's of units are Eleaf going to turn this volume of sales down? no there not and maybe they do tell the vendors not to supply UK but in reality they will turn a blind eye, the power of money has that effect. Now as for aspire this will be the same, I have seen cloned aspire tanks and they are shite, and I have seen stuff from fastech which I believe to be genuine,as for the coils I have genuine ones and cloned ones, get better vape from the clones oh and please remember the issue with aspire coils where some consumers were getting shit from the filter in there mouth.

smokingaces I have been doing some experimenting with the Koopor Mini and batteries. I do know what the issue is and it is definitely fixable. I have been checking the batteries when I remove them from the Koopor Mini and all of them are showing 3.7V when the battery indicator is almost at its lowest point which would suggest it is calibrated incorrectly. The batteries I used were a Samsung Q30, Sony VTC5 and an LG HE2 all of them came out of the Kooper Mini still showing 3.7V. Macmagoo yes that would show some form of calibration problem but depending on the make up of the board inside would depend how difficult it would be too fix.

Macmagoo look at the price of the Dna 40 and the SX350j hmmm and your trying to compare that too the £30 smok koopor? and you serious? also my vapour shark 40 went wrong after 4 months. Also what poor specification, it doe's what it say on the box, get off your high horse and go and be a troll on another thread bye. smokingaces there is no way that macmagoo was being a troll - far from it. Chrissie that the way i see it sorry if offends but trying to compare mods of £120 to a mod that works great at £30, and not getting pulled into a debate on it.

macmagoo, the 200 watt plus is usb upgradeable, but again reading the specs there is a failure to disclose if this can be performed by the purchaser or whether, as I suspect, it will be the same as the mini, dealer only at an additional cost. Good price but, no usb charging means it's crossed off my list. Think your assessment of macmagoo being a "troll" smokingaces is far wide of the mark. Knowing him personally, he is knowledgeable and extremely helpful as regards all things vaping with the added bonus of being a proper gentleman. Striker like I stated £26 for a 200w temp control mod, is a bargain never charge with USB as just us my D4 chargers, not bothered about firmware updates. As for macagoo being knowledgeable don't know the guy but try's to compare mods that cost £120 plus against a £30 mod hmmm that not showing you have knowledge, also if you search the DNA 40 and SX350j there are plenty of consumers who have complaints about them, including myself.

I have two DNA 40's and an SX350J that last twice the amount of time that the Koopor can manage. If you don't want updates to sort the issues, thats fine, but don't expect everyone else to accept poor specification and customer service.

True it eats batteries but then so doe's my IPV D2, am on 4 FB forum not seen anyone moaning about it, Pre order price of £34 think i will risk it. Just because your IPV D2 eats batteries as well does not make it right. If nobody complains about poor customer service and manufacturers turning out goods that are sub standard nothing will ever improve. Remember the Clouper Mini fiasco? Take a look here www.facebook.com/kooportech?fref=ts or here www.koopor.com/topics-preview.shtmlMacmagoo tell me what 18650 single mod don't eat battery, and there is no way the mini koopor was sub standard, because it did not have firmware updates on it. personally I don't care about updates,as long as it vales well then I am happy.

Koopor are getting a real pasting on their own forums, fb and numerous other vaping forums regarding the Koopor mini. It is a nice little MOD but it eats batteries and there are a few issues that could be sorted through a firmware upgrade. After selling it as being user upgradeable they have now reneged on that and they are saying it will be updated via dealers. True it eats batteries but then so doe's my IPV D2, am on 4 FB forum not seen anyone moaning about it, Pre order price of £34 think i will risk it.

Think you need to careful with Koopor. Mini was advertised as USB upgradable which purchasers took as user upgradable. This has turned out not to be correct. Copied from Kooper web site. To upgrade KOOPOR Mini firmware, we have to use special tools.Considering the tool costs, we decide to send them to our wholesalers and vendors who will provide a free upgrading service for local customers. Later, we will list their contact information when they are available. If you are interested in upgrading, please contact the authorized wholesalers or vendors in your country. The firmware upgrading service is free, but shipping fee and other costs generated during this process are in your charge. So glad I never purchased. sorry for the thread hijack smokingaces have u got a link to the koopor tool ringading?? ive fiddled with a few usb/serial com boars n protocols in my time .. a 99p gearbest ftdi programmer may fit the bill??? Phatfil sorry no I don't have a link, but I have the mini Koopor and is a lovely mod, I paid £20 for it and is used most days, firmware updates don't really bother me, never updated my xcube 11 as long as it doe's what it say it will do then I am happy.
