tcg69, Perpetua, is this a good description of the flavour (from a review)?

'A blend of blackcurrant, juniper, aniseed, citrus and mint. Smells like a summery sloe gin cocktail. What is most impressive is that no individual note dominates, instead they come together like a symphony. Taste is very similar, complex but harmonious. You get a small hit of each flavour yet they work together to provide a consistent whole.'

I like the sound of it better with gin - none of the other clone recipes include it and I've got the excellent Flavour Monks pure gin, so may have a shot at this this afternoon...

I am a bit tempted by them as well, shez, tell us how they turn out!

I'm interested in the Banana Milkshake and the Gins Addiction.

I like SS too, have tried:

SS316L Clapton 26/30
SS317L @ 0.45mm and 0.38mm (for some reason this did not come in AWG size)
SS 316L @ 28, 26 and 24 awg

I generally use in wattage mode, though sometimes TC too. I do both spaced and unspaced coils - you can dry burn, but seen lots of warnings to only do it to a dull glow.

I find it a slightly sharper flavour than Kanthal. For me it takes a little longer to bed down and get to it's best - usually a tank full or so. I use the Clapton a lot and love it, and the 317L is an exceptionally pure flavour.

I usually vape 25watts and upwards, though I generally don't like really high wattage.

It's well worth a try, but if you wanted 20 watts or under maybe you'd need to go for 28AWG

I just counted and have 46 bottles mixed up, mostly 30ml, some 50 ml for ones I use a lot, some 10 or 20mls for new mixes I'm trying out. I'm not counting 5ml samples, which I make up when I buy new flavours.

Weekdays, if I have 5ml samplers, I'll put one in a tank and take it work, I find that vaping something all day really helps to get to know a flavour.

At home I have at least 3 on the go at any one time, filling them with whatever flavours I feel like. I am MTL but use squonkers, which get through juice like nobody's business. I have lots of tanks and mods but don't leave them full of juice - so I'll finish a tank if I start it, then refill with something different. I like tanks that will vape to virtually dry - so I don't have all that cleaning out old flavours malarkey.

When I go on hols I usually limit myself to taking 6 50ml juices.
