Hi isabel22Gearbest have sent my item but everytime i check the tracking number for the last week it says hong kong airport? Its not left from there, can you let me know whats going on please? Hi, the products have now been shipped but for some reason its been shipped via flat rate shipping instead of standard shipping, do you know why? adilsec , I have no idea about your paypal dispute . i checked your order , no CASE . In the case of opening paypal complain by one client , the order is locked , we can not send the parcel until the client closes it or the paypal sorts it out . and as I said , came out the tacking number , but the order will be shipped in these 2 days , so the information still not be tracked and it always takes a few days for any tracking site to update information Hi, the products have now been shipped but for some reason its been shipped via flat rate shipping instead of standard shipping, do you know why?
