I have a major problem with order W1510210045558825 from EU warehouse.
Tracking number JD0002251443163191
Gearbest handed the parcel over to their carrier, in this case Yodel, on 23rd october. It arrived at Sandwell depot on 24th october.
It was then lost by Yodel, all details can be seen via tracking reference.
I have been in touch with yodel , they could not find the parcel, told me to take it up with sender.
I Raised a ticket :T15102719762 and have spent the last seven days in contact with "cristal"
Today i received an offer from Gearbest, the parcel is lost but Gearbest are not taking any responsibilty, however as I am a "valued customer" they will offer a partial refund, or, if I send Gearbest $16 they will resend.
This is not acceptable.
The order was from the EU warehouse, London.
My contract is with Gearbest not Yodel.
All movements are traceable by tracking ref.
I have posted on here as I am at my wits end.
Please could you look into this for me Isabel.
