I thought I was the only one. Got diagnosed with a hiatus hernia so I'm used to acid reflux and thought quitting smoking would help with it. Vaping is not helping, in fact it seemed to be making it worse but I thought it was just me. I'm vaping 3mg nic on a 70/30 vg/pg and found it stopped when I started vaping less fruity juices. I like "creamy, nutty" flavours anyway so it's working well. BoOom juice's Oliver's Twist keeps the reflux away. Thank god I'm not the only one. In every other aspect of my health vaping is improving it. My chest pains have stopped completely and I have more energy now. Breathing is better, etc.

Welcome sillyyakAlthough I am no admirer of Kik e-cigs, I did pick up some cheap liquids at a B & M homestore. Did you use their liquids? I am finding them all a bit samey and not very nice. That'll teach me... Their kik cloud range, strawberry jam flavour is gorgeous.

Hi guys. Started on ecig a month ago today. Haven't smoked a cancer stick since. Already feeling the benefits. Started on a kik vape 01, then 3 days later a kik vape 02. Then a Victoria bamboo clone mech mod and now using an X cube 2 with innokin isub tank. Down to 3mg nicotine and loving the fresh smell in the house as well as on my hands. Used to smoke around 30 roll ups a day and stank of stale tobacco, coughing my lungs up every morning (now a thing of the past). Living on the Norfolk coast and enjoying access to loads of excellent ecig shops in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
