Bit of a strange one and probably down to manufacture, but when i am running one of the two Crown tanks i have it leaks occasionally for no apparent reason? it can be at any point whether the tank is full or low. One tank works fine the other has this issue, both were from FT. I have tried differing wicking techniques, checked seals etc, etc. only thing i can put it down to is some machining issue, as it also does it also happens less often with the stock coils.

Velocity for me I did like the looks of that one too but is it not dual coil only? I think you could do a single coil build in it, but far better with a dual coil imo.

Not got one, but i did see them on one of the Chinese sites a few months ago, UK price looks pretty good as they were around that price from China.

I have never tried either the original or the clone but any reports I have seen say it's just about spot on.

Most TC devices struggle with SS in Temp control, the tcr curve compared to the likes of Ni200 or Titanium is far more gradual.

Excellent post Greigster, amazing the amount of crap that still came off the coils with the brush, I have just been using the ultrasonic, but will certainly give this a try.

I had similar on a home build PC a good few years ago now, ended up a clean install and everything was hanky dory after. Seems it was a virus at the time.
I am not sure on recent pc's/ laptops but normally they won't boot with no ram in the sockets, you would normally just hear beeps trying to warn you there's an issue with the ram.
Infact all the years I have spent tinkering with motherboards etc, i have never had bad ram, most were hard drive faults, motherboard once, or ram / video graphics card not seated properly.
Hope some of that helps

Mine are usually changed around 6 maths as I find the seal fails eventually , good tip for prolonging the scale on the side of a syringe is to either cover in sellotape or nail varnish ( Hehe my wife still hasn't twigged why it disappears)

I'm back, and will refrain from spitting ones dummy out the pram, a lesson learned that there's no point losing great friends and forum for something that is not anyone's fault here! I have drawn a line under, I apologise to any members I argued with ( sorry kreed) and just hope we can put it behind us. Thanks to all
