Hello everyone, thanks for letting me join and I'm glad to have found another place to read and learn.
Been off the ciggies for about 10 weeks now and been vaping for just a little longer at about 12 weeks and haven't looked back.
Have been heavy smoker for more years than I care to remember but definitely glad I've finally managed to quit smoking.
A belated Merry Christmas and a not quite there yet - Happy New Year to everyone
