I do appreciate any help you can offer to get this sorted, but have to say if this is the level of service your company is going to provide you most likely will not get further orders from me, I should also point out that any shipping company has access to email services and therefore do not really require a phone number, I did provide a land line number when making my account and this is the only one I will provide since I work and personal calls are not allowed in my work place.
