Hi and what coil do i need.

Hi im new to sub omh vaping and i have the innokin cool fire 4 with a isub g tank.  What coil do i need and what is the difference between 0.2 and 0.5 coils.

These are the coils but i guess you know that since you're asking what the difference is between the resistance specs.

The 0.5ohm coils are rated between 20W-35W and the 0.2ohm coils are rated between 20W-50W.
In short the lower the resistance is the higher amount of Watts you can push through the coil, as the Coolfire IV only goes up to 40W i would just use the 0.5ohm coils.

They are also very easy to dry burn and re-wick, perhaps when you feel confident to do so, so don't throw any used heads away.
