Just noticed when i fired it up a bubble of juice came out of the airhole,does this mean anything?

I have filled dismantled and cleaned it 3 times so far and i only got it this morning,it is gurgling a lot and i mean a lot,there is also not a lot of vapour produced,i have tried all the different air holes with no success,can any of you knowledgeable people help please.
