what wattage you running. ive never had a leak in the year ive had both mine. sounds like either the seal is naff, its not screwed up tight, its on too low or too high wattage.
this has to be asked but when your cleaning it are you removing the coil or cleaning that as well.

If its new and youve primed the coil with some juice there is probably to much juice in the coil. if you hold a kitchen towel over the drip tip and give it a downward whipping motion it will expel the rouge juice out of the tip. Alternatively put your kitchen roll over the air hole and blow through it to expel any excess juice. The later method does however encourage more juice to be pulled into the coil. Make sure you have your device set at a suitable wattage for the coil or it will fill with juice if the juice isnt being efficiently atomised. Bubble are a good sign the coil is wicking.
EDIT: check the O ring is present around the coil base if its still flooding after the above.

I don't have the mini but I've used the nautilus tank, sounds like you've too much liquid and not enough power at the coil, try turning it up to about 10/12 watts, either Vape through the flooding or turn your atty upside down and blow through the drip tip, bit awkward but that will clear any excess juice from your chamber, then open your airflow or up your power, if your airflow is restricted then you suck more juice into the coil, if you don't have the power to burn it off then it floods, trial and error really untill you find what works for you, hope this helps

The other guys are spot on. Take the coil out. Blow through the coil to get the excess juice out. Dry with a paper towel and your good to go.

I had a very similar problem with one of my Nauti Mini's . . . . turned out that the glass tank had a fracture in it, so an airtight seal wasn't being created when in use. The tank when I tried to remove it, came apart completely. My experience may be totally unrelated to yours yorkshireman , but it could be another thing worth checking.

I use the nautilus coils too mate and they can flood if your sucking too hard on a tight air hole as the liquid is sucked into the coil, Long slow toots, Also try turning it up to around 12w as the coil may not be getting warm enough to vaporise the liquid sat in the coil, you can remove the excess in the coil by holding your mod and flicking the tank away from you, the excess flicks out of the drip tip, Cover it with tissue before hand or stand at the back Door and do it,

The v1 BVC coils had small holes, perfect for 8w. Good at 12w. The v2 BVC coils (cotton wick) have bigger holes and can go up to 15 or 16w. I wonder if this has something to do with it.

the biggest problem is overtightening the tank when putting it back together, if you do that then the bottom tank seal deforms and creates a leak ...... when you run your finger nail down the glass you should find a gap between the base assembly just large enough to fit the edge of the finger nail in, if you don't have one then your bottom seal is likely over tightened, there was YouTube vid showing it but I have no idea where I saw it, its a fantastic little bit of kit but the design is flawed, still once you get the hang of the quirks its rare to make the same problems come back, also you can get the VVTF self build coil heads but by god they are fiddly to use, so get a well lit area with a magnifier and some tweezers to hel you if you get them

One other thing I forgot to mention,
Don't over fill your tank, This might sound daft but if you do the base still screws on which compresses the liquid inside which isn't much of an issue while your tank is upside down but as soon as you flip it over the coil is at the base and submerged, there is only one place the liquid can go which is in to your coil where it then ends up in the airflow chamber and the runs down your mod ;0)
