Yes, I don't use the drip-tips, so you are welcome to some - how many do you need? .... I've got 6!How many do you have? I'd like one for an Aromamizer I never got round to upgrading. I'd pay postage....

Well your opinion comes with weight behind it so its one ill listen too. So for 30 to 35w vaping in my squeeze..the lg or the 25r would last roughly the same? Pretty much, why pay the extra. To me it is only worth extra £££ if it allows you to go out carrying fewer spare batteries and with only 10% usable extra I doubt it makes any difference to that. I was reading the squeeze thread and see that people are changing battery at around 3.6 V and since these will have more sag than a 25R a 25R could give you a bit more vape time before the sag makes you want to swap. Where they would work well is in regulated mods at low watts or multi battery mods so the watts per battery are low, then they are probably as good value as 25R. Totally agree. NKON have 25Rs for €3.25 at the mo' - for €0.4 they'll weld nickel tags on them. I only use HG2/30Q for parallel DNA40s

It just didn't seem to produce the same saturated vaper that I'm used to. It wasn't bad but not quite as good as the Geekvape fused clapton.I think I'm at my happy point tbh but it was worth a try Have you tried stainless fused claptons? Just out of curiosity I made some triple twisted 0.3 out of Kanthal. It suffered the same slow ramp, slow cool that I find with Kanthal fused claptons. I make my fused claptons with 28g Ni80, but think the wrap needs to be Ni80 or stainless. But still, triple twisted is close enough for me, with a lot less labour. Particularly with the way I vape, lowish wattage, cool, dense restricted...

Totally usurped the thread now. These are coming in at .23 for a pair on a Velocity. Best vape I've ever had on the Velocity. I'm using them at 40watt, or putting them on a MOSFET parallel LiPo. I'd kind of given up on high wattage vaping, didn't really get it. These have changed my mind. Very neat that coil sir That ain't high I use my RTA2's at 100w and it bangs flavours out. Go on try it Yeah I know it's not high. I always seem to use half the wattage other people do. I like a cool, dense, restricted vape...

I've found I can get away with an extra wrap, or two. They still ramp up quickly. All extra surface area. They need a good glow and pinch to get the hot spots out...

Yeah, drill and pliers. Takes 30 seconds to make a metre. More if you've got longer arms... Sounds good then Have you tried it in tc? No, I sold all the mods I had that did TC with SS. That's what prompted me to try and use up this wire. I originally bought it to try TC on a Nextiny I'm curious though

I use steam engine, it lets you specify triple twisted. I use 0.325 for the pitch. I wind them pretty tight. They were a bit if a surprise really. Different to a double twist - bit like the difference between a clapton and a fused clapton. Just to add, I've had rusty looking coils from Stealthvape wire. I wash my coils before dry burning them... Cheers So a drill and pliers will do? Or do I need them spinner things? Yeah, drill and pliers. Takes 30 seconds to make a metre. More if you've got longer arms...

Thanks for the heads up. Just tried it, triple twisted .3 SS rocks. How many wraps and what ohms did you get please? I use steam engine, it lets you specify triple twisted. I use 0.325 for the pitch. I didn't know if you were saying that you were more lazy than me or denying being lazy. My point was that my rusting was basically caused by using a complex build for too long. If you can pop out fused claptons easily, or use pre-made then you probably swap them out before you see the rust. Using stainless, or a simpler, more serviceable build would mean less likelihood of seeing the rust... I didn't get your first post that's all. No I'm using Geekvape fused clapton wire and it's just something I've noticed happening recently. No beef bud No beef taken. Was just clarifying my point. Sometimes the subtleties of tone get lost in text...

Right ok Yes fair play with pragmatic twisting. I used ss for about 12 months but I have gone back to kanthal lately and been enjoying it. I was just wondering about kanthal rusting though really I didn't know if you were saying that you were more lazy than me or denying being lazy.
