Thanks for those kind words Ian... unfortunately, I am a bit of a perfectionist and as Fiona would tell you, never do things by half. I'd like to make some new-ish innovations become a standard (providing they work but we won't know that until we've given it a go!). If you lot say you want this, this and this, then I'll do my best to make it happen for you. I'm actually quite excited about where this is potentially going... however, there's still plenty of room for errors! To quote one of my favourite TV shows (Mythbusters) - Failure is always an option! LOL Sean

Thanks Lisa... I don't know about that though. The basic box is the same as yours as all the work has gone into the switch at the moment. Next step is to produce a few to test the stiches, then look for alternatives to the battery box. I'm hoping to find wooden, aluminium or some other interesting material boxes. It'll be as innovative as I can get it, but in the end, it's a box mod and only so much we can do to them. I wonder if we can fit a 6th Gen iPod Nano into one... Sean

OK, it seems I got my wires crossed (no pun itended!)... The switches weren't ready, my 'wizard' needed some completed boxes to work with so he could understand the system and space restrictions... should have something viable by next Friday. The button is still an option and so is my preferred touch sensor set-up. This will be with two sensors that you bridge with your fingers to complete the circuit and is the route I intend to take. The single touch sensor version is possible but I won't be going down this road. It's possible, but very cost prohibitive! It would require a custom circuit board to be designed. Once this is done, the single sensor will cost pennies... but the development of the first switch costs... £250! That's a lot of boxes to just break even! Sean

Any road up I'm sure I would love the feel of that flattish widish round button - tactileness adds to the vaping pleasure. scylla
