Leaking Protank

Hi All,

My mini protank stared leaking this afternoon, it all looks ok and I have changed the atty but its still leaking into the battery - anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for the link. I think I might have been tightening down on the battery to much and knackered the o ring - can they be replaced?

They can indeed SS, although I wouldn't know the size . . . maybe our resident Vape God Super-Shiny will be able to give you some guidance.

Thanks Perpetua That's a world away from vaping and sadly I spent a worrying amount of time checking out their products before searching for their o rings!. I will see if I can measure my existing ring.

Mine (Kanger, II) came with a couple of spare "seal ring"s if that is what you are talking about. If you think it would fit yours (and you don't have a couple left forgotten in a box) PM me & I'll send you one.

I found this pic online for a protank, but not certain if the mini 2 has an o ring at each end of the glass section, mine does not have one on the bottom! as my other tank is full wondered if anyone had a dry one they could disassemble to have a check?

Top banana giles but its the larger o rings and they only ship the smaller ones, I guess mainly for the drip tip

Yes, should be one at the bottom. Th rings in the box look smaller, but I think they would stretch OK.

I mangled an oring last night on my mini protank that was attached to the glass, any idea what size I need to buy? Managed to save it last night so it doesn't leak but it won't last forever.

It looks like the replacement glass doesn't come with o rings.

The first Kanger mini protank I bought didn't have any of those plastic rings, the second one had one on the glass at the bottom, so because the first one didn't have one I took it off the second one, no leaks or anything, but have kept the plastic ring in a safe place just in case
