Pg or Vg side effects?

am using 50/50 and its making my lips really dry even though am drinking lots of water, and also like lip swelling and a really itchy roof of my mouth like insane how itchy it is, is it the pg or vg causing the problems

most likely the PG as it has been reported previously of itching related to PG use

Cutting back on PG should help with regards to the itchiness. Reintroducing it gradually over time should help if you want to use PG (i.e. more throat hit, more flavour).

Yes, a bit. Also less throat hit. If its a commercial juice the supplier may change the recipe a bit to compensate. If you are mixing your own you could try a bit extra flavour and some vodka. Or you could put the vodka in the juice.

RiPTrippers just did a video on this here ---> It could be the PG but it could be any of the other things too, VG,Nic or flavouring. I know GrimmGreen thinks his itching could be down to something in the liquid so is trying a VG only week.

This might prove helpful? I developed itchy scalp, night sweats, horrific headaches, sore toungeand flatulence. I investigated the itching which lead me to info on histamine. Since reducing my PG from 70 to 25 so far so good, hopefully lowering your PG levels will help you too.

It could also be the drip tip you're using geordie_vaper . . . there have been reported cases of folk with allergies to the delrin/plastics used.

A process of elimination really.

Agree with Siffy ,i went back to using PG in self mix developed itchy scalp,sometimes sore .at first thought shampoo,but then remembered the mixs i made with 50/50pg/vg,stopped using the PG mixs all back to norm,to be honest prefer the VG mix,but remember concentrates are mostly PG,but as its a minor amount in mix i do not get the symptoms,as for the parping well tha seems mostly when i use Vanilla Custard

I just ordered 8 bottles of VC concentrate - Look out - At least I can blame it on the sprouts this time of year.
