Finally finished my last box mod from this post: Clicky

Thanks to Greigster for the 510 and thanks to blakey who also offered to help me out with a 510 as mine was touch and go wether i was getting one due to the washer being delivered to my old address and me not being there, also thanks to VapingBad with his nice comments and going out his way with a PM telling me about some new info on the wiring of the chip.

The USB is pre-soldered so there are only 3 connections and you should already know what these are but:

White is your power out ... connection to center pin of your connector
Red ... Battery + (positive) connection
Black ... Battery - (negative) connection
There needs to be a final connection for return path which is to the case or outside of your connector to your battery negative

Note: As configured there is no reverse polarity protection! To add this protection the user must relocate the negative (Black) lead on the board from its current location to the pinout labeled Bat - , which is just above the Red positive wire on the right side of the board when the display is facing upwards.

Ah well

I have those connectors sitting and waiting for the original fitted parts to fail, not going to fit them till I need to.
But I am looking at ways of fitting them to the hana clones

Updated with a piccy of the inside of the mod, no hiding the wiring with my mod

Really nice job Super-Shiny (again), I like the satin black it looks better than plain aluminium and since you sprayed it yourself , the screen + USB are recessed and the switch + 510 can be unscrewed you could refinish it if it ever gets too scratched. I think this ones a keeper.
