Has anyone got a good recipe for Apple Rings?

Do you mean like Apple Battered Rings rana, rather than a straight Apple Pie mix?

If you do, Capella make a lush Cake Batter concentrate, which I'd think would combine very nicely with some apple flavour.

There's also the sweetie version, available pre-made but I haven't found a concentrate yet.

That's the one I meant. Still haven't found a concentrate yet, but Perpetua has been mixing a lot longer than me.

Ah ok rana . . . never tried it, but I'd think an Apple Sour Concentrate and some Champagne/Lemonade perhaps might be a starting point?

Yeah, that's what I thought it would have, gonna give a try this weekend, gonna try with...

Green apple 10%
Lemon 5%
Grape 5%
Absinthe 2 %
Sweetener 1%

Just shooting in the dark here, will let you guys know how it comes out.
