Well I am not happy at the moment all I really vape now days is Custard and red Astaire but for some weird reason since yesterday all my Custards seem to taste like they have pepper in them?? This is after trying TASTE Vanilla Custard (Which is disgusting & will put any one off Custards ) So I am stuck with the old faithful Red Astaire at the mo now so not happy at all

I think you do round this time 5 months? I went onto spearmint for a bit just to taste something and minty seemed to clean my palate. The taste will sort itself out and come back. Think of it as a tongue overhaul

Yeah chrisintheuk sounds like you've got vaper's tongue. I got it at around the 6 month mark as well. I used to absolutely looooove butterscotch and then one day I couldn't taste it at all, or it tasted foul. Then all my other juices did not taste right either. It does go away eventually and you can then start to taste something again. Funny thing with me is that I've never been able to vape butterscotch again, even though I got stuck on that one as my all day vape for around 5 months Try vaping something minty or menthol for a while, till the taste buds recover again.

Snake oil is a good Vapes tongue cure.

Find half a dozen flavours you enjoy and rotate between them is my suggestion Chris . . . personally, I continually rotate the flavours I use other than a couple of favourites. Then I'll very often not have them in use for a few weeks. It's the only ' system ' that helps stop my taste buds getting too tuned in to a particular flavour 4 years on. Something to look forward to as well after a break.

A super strong menthol for a few days normally sorts me right out. Not sure the reason why it works but it seems to blast my taste buds back to life. HS Menthol sensation is my normal remedy which I stock by the 50ml bottles for such occasions, normally every month or so

agree - best cure for vapour's tongue is menthol or any kind of menthol mix

What if you're not a fan of Menthol/Minty flavours. Teeny tiny smidges are all I can stand . . . . .

I am not a fan of menthol or Mint - Grin and bear it at the moment
