Recommend me a good clearo for thick juices

I've got a 30ml bottle of Sucker Punch by Suicide Bunny there, it's a delicious juice but is thicker than a premiership footballer!

I have been vaping it in a PT2, which has a good tight draw, but no matter how I set my coils and wicks up, I can't avoid the odd dry hit.  I don't have the same problem with any of the other juices I'm vaping.

There are so many new clearos out there with brand new heads, so which one wicks best out of the box?  Needs to be 22mm or smaller to look pretty on my istick.

Imo mini nautilus. I have 80 vg juice and it handles it perfectly well and gives great flavour at around 13w.

All my home brew eliquids are VG heavy johny5times and I find they wick fine in any BC clearo . . . what wattage are you using, as it might be better at a slightly lower setting?

As well as trying a Nautilus, you could also add a few drops of vodka to your pre-mix, to loosen it up a bit.

ha! and ditto. it wasn't just the vodka, there was the Somerset scrumpy, the homebrew sambuca and the firewater! none of it would have been safe near a naked flame! good job we're all vapers ???

I've just remembered tentatively asking Julie if 5pm was to early to pour a drink... and she just laughed and said she's been on the sauce since midday!

I've mixed juices before to 30/70 pg/vg but nothing has come out remotely as thick as this. it gloops.

hmm I've got some de-ionised water there I may try cutting a small amount with it but don't really want to experiment on the whole bottle, the background flavours are quite subtle and it would be a shame to mute them by diluting it too much.

I've vaped it as low as 6w but this gives a far too cool vape for my liking. at the moment I'm going at it with 9w, which seems to be as high as I can take it, even then I'm priming it first by taking an unfired draw before vaping to make sure it's nice and juicy.
one good thing with this juice anyway - there's no chance of flooding and gurgling.

I've had my eye on a mini nautilus since I saw one on an istick - they look brill! can those bvc heads be rebuilt?

In other news, fasttech have released the kraken! (sent to overseas) so i may hold fire to see how that works out, as well as the orchid v2 I've got on order. christmas has well and truly blown my vaping budget so I can't really justify spending £18 on another new tank yet.

Definitely . . . just try 5 or 10ml first, to see what difference if any it makes.

Part of the problem I'd suspect is the high setting you're using especially if that's on an iStick - on a 1.8ohm coil I'm at 5.8watts.

Have you tried Virtual Vape's unicoils with your PT?

yes I've got a unicoil in one of the tanks.  it works nicely but to be honest I think the ones I've done myself are as good, if not better.  certainly in terms of flavour anyway.

I've tried it at 6w, but it was far too cool for me.  it might well be fine at that setting but it would be pointless as I'm getting no satisfaction.

I think I'll just see how it goes in the kraken before going down the road of diluting it.  maybe I'll get a nautilus for christmas as well!  hints have been dropped.

I'm currently vaping some Tootin Juice Vanilla Custard and it's 20/80 PG/VG. I'm using it in a Silo Tank with a rebuilt head courtesy of smifee, have it wicked with some Ken Doh and it's vaping beautifully at 13 watts. It could maybe go higher, but I'm loving the vape at 13.

The Silo Tank uses the same heads as the Nautilus.

Now that's a decent price.  I take it the aspire bvc heads will fit, it looks like most of the parts are nautilusy.  the top part isn't as nice as the original but it would look great with the ss cage tank protector wotsit that aspire do.  how did you come across that, was it recommended or just a lucky find?  I usually wouldn't get anything with 0 ratings but for that price it's probably worth a punt.  next friday I'll order one of them I think.  thank you Perpetua
