Just built another sqonk for blakey in silver this time. First build that ive used enameled copper wire for the switches, so much easier. Also found a source of nice dinky square 6ml bottles.

Looks spot on @windows.E What's this wire you speak of, enamelled for insulation ? 1mm copper covered in an enameled coating, its the same stuff thats used in electric motor windings. Easier as you can bend it out of the way and it stays there without having to glue it in place.

Easier as you can bend it out of the way and it stays there without having to glue it in place. I like the sound of that, have you a linky your willing to share ?

Just be careful when you use it Greg as you can rub the enamel off if you give it too much abuse.

Can also get it cheap from wires.co.uk Used a version of this for making theatrical chainmail pieces, and chainmaille Inlay pictures.
