The fuse clip design is interesting that's what it reminds me of anyway but the position is strange.
You can't exactly drip down the sides where the cotton is going to be not unless you pull the cap off.
I'm not so sure the idea they have on that page of just making a coil and cutting the legs off would work either i imagine those clamps work with tension and that's why their premade coils have those caps to prevent the coil getting crushed.

Funnily my nephew wasn't very happy when I told him this was one for him and his friends I have no idea why I do like the coil system but not sure just how well it would work. Hopefully someone will make a "wanko tanko" I'm just not into Dripping wankos
