Some people claim PG carries flavours better but in my experience if it's true it's negligible i don't notice any real difference in terms of flavour potency.

Which iStick do you have it would help with recommending a tank to know the output limits of the device.

No problem one other thing if you are going to move to sub ohm vaping you will probably want to lower your nicotine strength, the increased amount of vapour produced means you will be absorbing more nicotine with each puff.
