Menthol crystals

Been to Boots, superdrug, poundland, savers, semi chem, home bargains etc and cant find menthol crystals anywhere... any idea wher to buy them on the high street? And as an aside, can they be dissolved in VG (or AG) reliably?

Did you ask for them in Boots or Superdrug? They'll be able to get them in for you, if they didn't have any hiding away that is.

I managed to burn the VG nuking it in the micro wave trying to dissolve the crystals as you would do with PG.
The way I did it was dissolve the crystals in water then add it to VG to make my own MAVG.
Ended up going back to PG in the end as I was only putting 12 drops in 100ml of the Mrs' cherry menthol so wasnt really worth the extra hassle.

Manor chemists sell them in 5g tubs.
They do not mix well in VG!

I've always got mine from Ebay thatguy as nowhere locally stocks them:

Even if you should get them to dissolve in VG, they're likely to reform once the liquid has cooled unless you're prepared for some faff - much easier to stick to PG.

With menthol concentrate at £20 a litre from Joose Juice I don't bother with crystals anymore.

Most Boots stock menthol crystals (if my little store does EVERYONE should) but you have to ask for them, they are not on the shelf but behind the pharmacy section
