Original vs shortfill

So before the TPD you were buying 100ml of your favourite liquid but now have to buy a shortfill and add the nic later.  Even after a decent steeping time have you noticed a flavour change with the liquid compared to the original?  ie, it's not the same as when the nic was added during the mixing process?

Definitely taste different, and one company actually admitted at EXPO to changing the recipe slightly on a TPD compliant juice so it's not only short fills, said company is going to go back to the original recipe due to many complaints.
