why am a i coughing all the time?

using tfv8 rta at 0.8ohms with kantal 26awg

i m constantly having to clear my throat and have a kinda chesting cough....my wicks are drenched to the point of leaking

im getting sick of it and it seems to be with everything i ever used.

anyone got any ideas.

High VG content perhaps kingofswords depending what you use, it doesn't suit everyone ( much like a high PG ) . . . . . and can cause a phlegmy/chesty cough.

PG makes me cough when I switched to 50/50 it went away and now I vape VG heavy 70/30 or 80/20 and don't cough at all - although I do drink a LOT more water a day.

Vaping things that make me cough:
i) too much PG
ii) clogged wick
iii) old coil needing dry/burn or replacement
iv) coil that was vaped before fully primed (they never recover imo)
v) chilli flavoured juice

must be vg as i didnt get this with 100%pg

fresh coil and fresh primed wick so cant be that also definitely no chilli juice

weather cant be it either as had same problem in summer.

If its the only atty you use you might need to use something else for a while.
I have times when an atty makes me cough but the same juice in a different atty is fine.

That wouldn't surprise me in the slightest kingofswords as VG and PG are humectant's . . . . how we react to either of them is very much an individual response.

The best thing to try is tweaking your ratios of both, until you find a balance which doesn't affect you.
