Nice Review, Thanks Des.. I've been wondering what the difference is, the Imist sure looks nice too, I love both finishes on it.. Just out of curiosity.. would an imist Atomiser thingy fit onto a riva battery? Yes see pics above

Not really - the first 0.4ml of the scale on the Stardust is solid metal.
To the bottom of the wick, it is probably 1.2-1.3ml.
Granted it can be overfilled to the bottom of the silicone cap, but that tends to flood the wick a bit in my experience.

Des and anyone else.............. is the price just for one or is it 2 like in the pic?
Are they ok for use with the Riva?
How about filling, how much liquid would they hold and are they easy to fill?
Seriously tempted in investing so any advice would be much appreciated before ordering
Thanks in advance

They are for the Riva - see picture above. They take about 1.6ml according to the scale on the side but I'd say you are better just putting in 1.2ml otherwise they may overflow down the centre tube. They are VERY EASY to fill, just unscrew the top, tilt to one side and fill, no syringes or spiky thing required. It seems to be very robust mine is 2 months old, I have had to replace the wick (£2 for 4) and it is still vaping like new. Hope this helps.

Thanks Des............ sorry but I didnt register your other post.
They sound pretty good and excellent value if yours has lasted 2 months already, do you use it every day?
Only problem I can see is replacing the wick........ I'm so cack handed, not sure if I'm confident to do that lol

The wicks are a dodddle to replace, you but them already made, they are about a 1/4" long and have a little metal band on them. you pull the old one out with your fingers and then just pop the new one in. The original wick lasted 7 weeks of reasonably heavy use. The coil is still fine. Evey couple of days I gave it a rinse then yesterday I scraped it gently with a little screwdriver, girls could use a metal nail file (pointed end) to get rid of the gunk built up on it and it's like new again.

Yes that's the setup I use You can prefill the tanks with different flavours, just rinse the atomiser between if you're fussy. I'd also recomment a pack of wicks www.safercigs.co.uk/IMIST_wicks_pack_of_4/p705283_5922587.aspx as I found after 3 - 4 weeks of use mine got burnt a bit on the end. You should then be good for a couple of moths usage at least. It's a great set up for swapping flavours. You will also need a 510 to Ego adapter if you're going to use it with a Lavatube. Daz, when will you have the 520 to ego adapter back in?
