Have you road-tested any of the Stardusts for ease-of dismantling yourself yet, Mark? I've got a couple on the way and was even thinking of getting really ambitious and having a go at re-wicking and re-coiling them after watching the YouTube vids...!

Oh good - that's exactly the answer I was hoping for! Did you actually try vaping with it yet??
Must get in touch with Dee to ask if I can get some of the resistance wire now, already have some of the wick. Always new stuff to learn with these things, isn't there!

Always new stuff to learn with these things, isn't there! if you have any xl clearomizers laying about unused you should get a few wicks out of one of those although you would still need to get some extra res and non res wire

that repair kit is a great idea Mark thanks mate i bought a 50 gram spool of resisitance wire to use with the iatty and odyseuss and theirs plenty their so thought it would be a good idea to offer it with the stardust as an add on to save people having to try and source it themselves

nice one blakester im sure youll like it Actually, I do like it I filled it and dripped a couple of drops down the center tube and straight onto the wick, I left it to soak for a good 6hrs on it's side and not a hint of a leak- first puff, Primer- yeurck but after that I got quite a clean flavour very similar to a CE2. It suffers from the same old CE2 in a tank syndrome whereby you have to tilt it every now and again to get some juice onto the wick but if you keep it wet then it's great, I vaped the tank dry in about a couple of hours and re-filled it ready for tomorrows drive to work. Last night after watching a couple of tutorials on dismantling the stardust I decided to make a wick ready for today and I immediately re-wicked the second stardust before I even used it lol and I left a bit of extra wick running down each side instead of trimming it short and it made quite a difference to its ability to wick, I used a strand of 2mm CE2 wick and a strand of 1mm bulli wick with some .20 kanthal for a 2.1ohm coil and I wrapped the coil without using a splint the same as for the ody, I'm vaping on that set up right now and it's performing great I got these for the ego vv pass thru battery that I keep in the car and I'm glad I did
