Mark, I started off with a ciggie sized e-cig. Quite simply, due to their size, they just can't perform as well as a Riva/ego.

I'd have to say I'm very conscious of what I'm using to vape whilst out and about. I bought an SD keyring which arrived today. Driving along and stopping in traffic drew a couple of glances. I can't help but feel I look like I'm using drug paraphernalia at this point. As a former drug user, it's difficult to get that kind of thing out your head lol. Saying that though, I'd smoke a J without worrying in most places (within reason).

I guess I'm just still in my vaping infancy and will reach the junior level soon enough

I feel a little like that too Benny. As a recovering alcoholic, I don't like to look like I'm taking drugs in public, I even get jokes from mates at AA meetings that I'm still on my "crack pipe" and it upsets me a little, also get strange looks at work, has made me consider one of the mini ego batteries for out and about

That is why I'm pretty happy with keeping my Greensmoke. Ok, it doesn't seem as good as using a 510 cart on a battery of some sort, but it feels comfortable and serves it's purpose in public - especially at work (when I'm in the office). I still go outside to the smoking area though. I wouldn't vape at my desk because I work in a datacentre - the fire alarm systems are hyper sensitive. My mate works for a fire alarm company too and says he has set off one whilst using his greensmoke lol.

I think a 650 ss ego with a ss echomiser looks quite classy for work/out and about.. A lave tube with a tank however does look a tad strange to non vaper

Seriously Marky it is worth getting used to the slightly larger size, the battery life is so much longer and they pack a better punch :l

Hello again everyone. Trying out one of the carts with my wife's smaller riva and getting a horrible taste and burning smell even though I have put lots of fluid in. Help?

Sadly if you've burnt the carto you'll need to start again with a fresh one.

Oh btw, as I found out some e-juice can smell burnt too, I found that out the hard way ;p
