ps And pointing out potential issues such as this "...we deem it inappropriate to make refunds, except for situations when a device arrives broken to the customer’s hands, which is basically impossible due to the quality and care placed in packaging..." Seriously? I mean really, seriously? is hardly sabotage - simply my opinion, which I will continue to express.

I don't think people are being aggressive Jorge, they are clearly highlighting that it would be more expensive and we would have to wait longer than we are used to from our uk vendors. I personally tried to go on your website last night but it wasn't available, so can only comment on what I have read on this thread. Just because it may be more expensive for us Brits on the forum doesn't mean that would necessarily be the case in main land Europe . I which you every success in your new business venture Jorge

Ok. Much better tone, thank you. You may check out the GS VV Mod once it's for sale. It looks a bit like the Lavatube (actually my mod and no complaints) but it's a bit different in some aspects and I hope to be selling the entire kit at around 43 €, which isn't that bad.

Ok then. Your joytech ego c 1000 mah kit is 69 euros plus 10 euros delivery. equal to £64 vapeescape is £59.99 delivered and thats next day if ordered before 3pm. I`m sorry if you think this is a rant at your company, but i noticed you have a thread on UKV and i am not commenting on there. Your claims of cheaper products does`nt stand up and i am merely pointing out this to others so they dont get misled. You are welcome to prove me wrong, as is your right, but I am also in my rights to answer your rebuttal. Good day.

I took one a look at this contradictory clause: Basically saying we will make refunds for faulty items but it's impossible that our items are delivered faulty. Then I took a look at delivery prices which are a minimum of 10% of order value and upto 25% of order value. Then I took a look at the fact that items are shipped direct from China and are subject to customs risk. Then I took a look at the prices. That's when it dropped.. Man, you need to have a rethink..

No, it's not impossible. Just difficult. The delivery prices aren't that bad when you come to think of it (I think you mean the shipping costs) - in fact, I wanted to add shipping costs according to weight but Paypal didn't let me (at least in Europe, I know it's possible in the States). Still, the shipping costs value/no-value depend on what you buy. I'm really not making money out of it despite what calculations you may have made. Of course they are shipped from China: don't you ever buy from China or the US? The prices? Now, come on, frankly, I shouldn't have to explain this much but genuine/not copycats Joyetech products (now just the eGo-C) have a minimum retail price with VAT and I'm not even charging the VAT at the moment, which took a bit of negotiating with the Chinese. Finally, I'm not allowed to sell at lower prices than those the suppliers have and you probably think you buy cheap in China while the prices are basically similar. So, what on earth are you actually saying? ???

Frankly, I don't know how they do it but I'm not going to tell Joyetech, alright. You get it the other day? Fine. That I can understand. Please, read my previous answer. I would have lower prices if I could. I just can't. Please, do consider this silly argument/bashing/sabotaging/whatever you wish to call it over. It's becoming a bit tiring really and I'm sure even other members of the AAEC may regard it as such. EDIT: Of course I have an answer. I just answered. I'm simply not automatic. In the meantime I'm not sure I'm working while having these debates for all the easily understandable aforementioned reasons...

Just to clarify Jorge, everything on my site listed as Joyetech is 100% guaranteed Joyetech. And there is no such thing as a minimum price in the UK, because that would be price fixing, which is not legal. Manufacturers can only recommend a retail price. From your own point of view, can you not stock the products yourself rather than dropshipping? That would surely make things easier.

Hi. I have a list of fixed prices I can send you. There are very unreasonable recommended prices and also minimum prices. For the UK as well, but maybe Joyetech's half asleep sometimes or something. Just send me an email and I'll send you the list that now only applies to the eGo-C. As for why I can't have a stock - which would obviously make things easier - I told Chrissie why when I first contacted her. She understood. As well as admins in other forums. I know having my own stock is different, of course.

So, what on earth are you actually saying? ??? Jorge, I know your heart is in the right place, but everyone is saying basically the same as I said to you via PM. I asked you to make it perfectly clear that anything bought from your website would be shipped from China - members have found that out themselves & realised they would be better off buying from UK suppliers or direct from China. Sadly, though I did understand your situation, as I tried to point out to you, your business plan isn't going to work

Hmm, it is, it is... And even if I don't sell that much at AEEC, I don't mind sticking around because the forum has a nice and caring admin who agreed to my idea of pointing clearly to the TOS - which I did - and I'm sure a lot of nice forumers too. Some things that happened in this thread will eventually mean nothing. All is fine.
