It's possible to send quite a substantial weight for £2.20 2nd class or £2.70 first now, 750 gm.

If the order is over £5 then I always send it signed for which is a std price by royal mail of £ 1.85... Otherwise it's a first class stamp. ie someone just bought 2 drip tips total cost was £5 ish the postage was 0.70p ( the cost of a stamp ) but because the order was so small other venders would have still charged about ( £ 2.50 safercigs ) I want to be able customers to order small orders.

Oh Bathy I fully understand where your coming from and your prices are great dont get me wrong but to some people paying the postage twice will put them off just like the handling charge put people off so what I'm trying to tell you is that having a standard p&p for larger items ie £2.70 for larger items up to 750gm wouldn't put people off as much as £1.85 x 2 because in all honesty if it wasn't that your vivi's were such a good price i would have went elsewhere as in the back of my mind i was being cheated having to pay double postage altho I knew i wasn't.
I hope this kinda makes sense im no good at explaining things and your prices really are fantastic but alot will be put off by the postage thing where as having a set postage would let people know before the checkout what they are going to pay I went to order from you before but the handling fee put me off and altho it was the same as postage it was a surprise at the checkout when i thought i was getting free p&p.

You could still keep your postage low for smaller Items as I understand what you mean I went to order metal tubes from another vendor because you dont stock them but i was being charged more than the item for the p&p so I didnt bother.

Violet I truly appricate what your saying and i am loving your input and will be trying to somehow do a work around ( when I get time because the orders are flooding in ) its just going to take time as I refuse to pay ££££££ for someone to web build for me I have always learnt to do things for myself. I'll get there and hopefully everyone will be happy.!!
