My package was posted on the 15th, the details via DHL shows it until the 16th in Germany, then nothing. Could it still be on the way? Hi womble, we have just submitted a request for investigation to DHL. If your parcel can be found, Royal Mail or Parcel Force (or whoever ) will try to deliver it to you once more. We'll see. Well, better late than never.

Why not just use the normal post? Everything seems to get through fine.

Because it's a cardboard packaging, deliberately, so that the liquids are properly and safely packed and remain undamaged.

But you can still put small parcels through the normal post, can't you?
I don't think I've ever seen so many problems with postage, from whatever country. I think you need to reconsider your postage methods.

I think you need to reconsider your postage methods. +1.. Most people work and are not available to collect at home when parcelforce are out and about delivering..And their policy of attempting one delivery and then unilaterally just putting it at the local PO and declaring that they will not redeliver is ridiculous to say the least. Buyers cannot be expected to take time off work and watch for parcel force for a some juice. Easier and cheaper ways to get it. We get juice deliveries through normal post both local and from China and the US all the time in zip bags inside a bubble wrap with no problems at all.. Alternatively, you could contact UK suppliers and see if they will stock your juice rather than selling it directly. Will reduce overhead costs and a lot less hassle for everyone concerned. 9.90 euro is a lot to pay for postage regardless of your free juice offer. No idea where my parcel is anyway..

I have everything sent to my office, much easier - there's always someone here.

Hello everyone,
We didn't expected the shipment to be that difficult, and we have never had those problems before. However, the parcel delivery process within the UK is comparable to that in Germany; if you are not at home, you will be informed (ideally) to collect it from the local post office. Nevertheless, problems can occur here and there, for example the courier is in a hurry or whatever. We just commission DHL with the delivery of the parcels to you by a responsible parcel service in the UK, preferably without any trouble.
But, our intention is to send you well-packaged and undamaged goods. And the advantage of a parcel (EU Paket) is this that it includes a transport insurance and a shipment tracking unlike small parcels or these air bubble jiffy bags sent with normal post. This may be the standard of other vendors, but this is not ours.
Pleased to hear, that Jamima and others now finally received their samples. Looking forward also to your reviews.
A nice day to all of you.

Still nothing here for me. No note through the door either.
