Well I have goneanddonnit It arrived today from above ,Ellen8 pointed me to a video on (how to) I must say it brings Vaping to a different level and Guess what they even rang me at 5.00pm today to see if it arrived and was there any Questions I wanted answering!!!
(Hows that for service)

Nice and very well done. I've said it before. I Agree fully with the comments regarding the above company. I can't understand why they dont get more recommendations. I find it slightly frustrating!! I guess its still a small company with time. But I really hope atif keeps his principles of running a buisness that has such great customer service no matter how big they get.

Also recieved my provari mini with green led emmmm nice and afew other bits today have to agree great service and as above got a phone call to make sure everything was okay with items,thanks abig thumbs up.

AS with any company customer service and a good back up service is the backbone.
Unfortunately people who get bad service tell an average of 10 people whereas good service is often told to only 2 or 3.
People complain more to others about bad service.

It's nice to see on this forum that credit goes to where its due and people are happy to shout about it.......also nice that all the Vendors that I have dealt with from here know how to run a good business.

I have called them twice, this time due to the provari very helpful so decided they should get the business, really happy for you mate looking forward to trying mine out soon we can compare lol
