Well, I've finally placed my order- with VapourStation!
As much as I fancied the Janty, the VaporStation prices were too tempting, and if I get along with vaping I'll invest in the Janty another time.
I've opted for the 901 as it comes with a USB charger and I have a USB port in my car, so it sorts out the 'charging on the move' problem.
I've also ordered quite a few different flavours to try - at 3.50 a bottle they seemed worth the punt. With the 5% off code my order came in at less than fifty quid delivered.
I'm still dithering about where to buy some pre-loaded cartridges, so any suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks for all your help and input so far - I shall be reporting back next week!
BTW - I have signed both petitions and will be forwarding the links onto friends and family.

Their delivery does seem very quick. I'm kicking myself now that I didn't order yesterday as I had initially intended - I could having been sitting here vaping as I type I've ordered some prefilled carts from oksmokey. I'm very impressed their UK postage is free. Now to break the news of my purchases to my OH. He gave up smoking before Christmas on Champix - he smoked twice as much as I do and used Old Holborn - now he has the cheek to tell me I stink I was intending to try Champix myself, but after observing him on them I'm fairly sure there would be a murder committed if I attempted to take them.

Jaki, OK Smokey is also very quick at dispatching orders. I placed an order with them for some juice late Thursday night & received it this morning My Gp wouldn't prescribe Champix to me as I've a history of suffering from depression.

OKSmokey's products are very competitively priced and their service is second to none. The postage is free in the UK but they don't, as far as I'm aware, use discount codes as several other suppliers do. (Check out igetcha69's website www.e-cig-reviews.com/ for these: ). Liberty Flights for instance offer 15% discount using ECR69 which is well worth having, they also enclose a 10% discount card with each order for use next time. The discounts can often make up for the postage costs. OKS's Tobacco and Virginia carts are pretty good especially out and about when it's not convenient to keep topping up; I haven't tried the menthol ones yet; next on my shopping list. I find most suppliers' filled carts are ridiculously expensive. By the way, if buying OKS's carts, it's actually cheaper to buy 2 x 25 than to buy one pack of 50 lol. Fox

Thanks for that Foxy. I noticed it was cheaper to buy 25 - how mad is that? I went for 25 tobacco just to get me going as I am not confident about refilling - especially after reading about Lilac's problems with opening the bottles from Vapour Station Would I be able to refill the carts at home and seal them to take with me or do they need refilling and then using immediately? I can't work out whether it is possible to seal them (yes, I am blonde) I'm looking forward to my delivery and am planning to start work late on Tuesday so that I can wait home for the postie - although they are bound to arrive on one of the days I need to start early!

Yes Jackie, you can seal them . Each cart comes with a fairly tight fitting plastic cap & if you replace that after re-filling each time, they shouldn't leak (as long as you don't over fill them). No the refilled carts don't have to be used immediately.

Hopefully I'll be able to prefill some at home in the evenings ready to take out the following day, using the prefilled as back up for the days when I am not organised - which is pretty much every day I am really looking forward to getting started - I am feeling self conscious every time I smoke a regular cig at the moment - and that's just at home! I think it's because I have got my mind geared up for stopping. It's very odd, a week ago I had no enthusiasm for giving up, now I can't wait!

Unbloodybelieveable
My OH has just come in from washing the van and, as I am unloading the never ending piles of clean undies from the tumbledryer, commented how he misses smoking due to the fact there is never a reason for stopping work - ie no longer requires a fag break.
He then went on to say how he misses it and how in the mornings he is tempted to have one of mine (I shall be hiding them from now on!), with a view to it not effecting his whole giving up smoking effort.
Aha, thinks I, as I put another pair of my 8 year olds knickers onto the pile, now is the time to tell him of my intended plan. So I give him a brief overview of the electronic smoking thing and tell him that I have ordered and intend to start next week.
What does he say? He smiles and tells me that I am a mental midget as I cannot give up smoking without a crutch. It was at this point I gently reminded him, with a sweet smile, of his 12 weeks on Champix as his own personal mental crutch and what a complete and utter to**er he was for every single one of those 84 days and beyond.
Exit stage left, one chastened and very quiet OH while I nearly collapsed from holding in the laughter. She who laughs last most definitely laughs longest.
I am now even more determined to make vaping work for me!
Sorry, just had to share

ROFL Jaki & thanks for sharing & making me smile I bet if he had been the one to go for the e-cig, he would have had a very different attitude about them Also, if he is still missing smoking so much, it sounds like you may also have to be hiding your e-cig from him when it arrives

Great comeback Jaki!! A tip for you. When you open the prefilled carts you'll see a small white inner seal; make sure you keep those as they stop leaking when you refill and store them; just pop them on and replace the plastic cap. I then store my refills in a plastic pot with a kiddy-proof lid. Fox
