Another newbie

Hi all,

After stumbling on the forum link elsewhere, I've been lurking for a wee while and thought it was time that I came out of the closet to say hello all and a huge THANKYOU. As in my lurking time, I've found so much info that has helped and opened my eyes. Wow, talk about a learning curve, it's a whole new language and some. I don't have to keep Googling any more now I've found you though.

How I got started vaping.....well a few months back, a visiting friend told me about vaping and how it had helped him to give up the dreaded weed. He proudly showed me his kit and let me have a try, I was quite impressed. He went on to say, if I fancied giving it a go, not to make the mistakes he'd made by going for a fiddly drip feed cigarette looking type, but to go for an Ego-T, as he'd upgraded to that and it was easier & more satisfying. Anyway, I forgot about it until a month ago (I was reminded by some wheezing) and then eeeek.....I took the plunge! I am now an addict to vaping instead, as it really is enjoyable & the best bit, after being a 20+ a-day smoker, within a couple of days I was down to between 2 & 5, now, I haven't had a stinky for over a week.

I'm still on my first two Ego-T's, that I must say, from the get go have been great. I've not had to buy anything except a few extra carts and caps, plus a couple of back up atties that I haven't had to use (touches wood). I am still at the excited buy & try stage with eliquids, with several more arriving soon. Also, I've got some clearomizers en route, cos I fancied some. You know, purty colours an'all! :-[

Ooooops.......that's a bit long, sorry! :-[ I should have stopped at thankyou all for a very informative and helpful forum.

I must admit, I am enjoying trying the liquids. ATM I really like Red Bull or Red Cow or Mad Cow which all kinda amount to the same thing really.
