I came across 2 vapers today

Was in a cafe today after shopping, came across 2 guys, both using cig-a-likes, it appears that the person who runs the cafe doesnt mind people vaping - wish I knew that before as I'm usually in there every other week, but never vaped in there, dont ask me why I never asked lol.

We got into a discussion and both said that since using the cig -a - like, they had cut down drastically, but they weren't impressed with the battery life. I had my Twist with me and so explained about the battery life on mine, they were quite impressed, then went onto juices, they were surprised that how many juices were out there lol. Luckily I had some vendors cards on me, so gave a selection to the guys before I left.

Hopefully some of the vendors from here will have these guys as future customers and perhaps new members for the forum

I've yet to see one vaper in the town where I live. All I've seen are a couple sitting in their cars in Tesco car park puffing on the 10 motives they'd just bought.

Someone at work informed me yesterday ( after seeing me vaping for the past 2 months) that they were giving up smoking on 1st sept but that they were getting the proper ones that look like cigarettes.

All I said was " I tried them 3 years ago but they didn't help me too much" What could I say ? They had made their minds up.

You are right, no point in getting right into the debate. It can be very frustrating but people need to find their own way to stop smoking

Carry on enjoying vaping yourself and try to keep open to quetions. Not really much else vapers can do appart from enjoying vaping and trying to help where we can

Lol karma when I'm out and about I usually have my Twist and a vision with me, but yes they looked very confuzzled when they saw the Twist & vision. I think they were interested when I said that there were better batteries out there, so fingers crossed

I find it quite ammusing when people think that my 650mAh twist with an echomiser is huge

God only knows what they would think about an LT with a tank or a provari with penelope

I live in a small village and I am often out and about walking my dogs.
I wear my Vision 1000 on a lanyard around my neck and quite a few folks have asked me about it and how it works.
Okay, I have only been vaping 5 weeks now, 3 using the Vision, but already 3 villagers are onto vaping, albeit half analog/half vape, but its a start and hopfully more will follow.

Well I did manage to find out that it was a sky ( he thinks) So I thought it must be a skycig, I had a look round here and I think it's a 510 fitting so when the time comes I'm hoping to at least save him money on refills if nothing else for the time being.
