Vaping Friendly airports

Has anybody flown from Manchester lately ? If so is it ok for Vaping ?
That's always been the worst bit for me..hubby insists on going through security and I can't go ouside then.

I put in Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds/Bradford, Doncaster and Durham Tees Valley to find my flights. This time Manchester was the best.

Should have gone from Newcastle, it has a 'smoking' area still. Well it did have 18 months ago

Well last time I went someone said it had shut. Then the next year someone told me the door was open again. Besides the flights are about £100 more each and they all get home about 2am..
Actually I havn't booked yet, off back to have another look its only 45 mins or so home.
I've looked at so many today I'm totally confuddled. !
I've looked at Glasgow too , seems I can go but can't come home

We're flying out of Newcastle in October. TBH, i'm not worried about me, I've always coped. it's Mr Karma he is terrible without his nicotine fix, I do hope the smoking area is still open for him!

I'll happily have a couple of stealth vapes in the loo

haha I only "coped" with a patch on and a DSE 901 , they were invaluable even if they didn't get me off cigs 3 years ago.

Manchester Airport (Airside)

There is an smoking area in T1 which is accessed from the food court upstairs.

There is an smoking area in T2 which is at gate 300.

There is no smoking area in T3 but they are still looking for a suitable area to create one

Any idea on their policy for vaping ? I'm happy to go to a smoking area if need be

No idea about their policy on vaping but my hubby is still smoking so I'll probably go outside with him. Unless it's raining and then you'll find me in the ladies' with my Keyring.

My daughter vaped at Newcastle airport last week with no problem ! Even had a stealthy one on the plane to Amsterdam ! Naughty naughty

I work at gatwick a lot ... There doesn't seem to be any published policy about vaping but I stealth vape constantly and have never had a problem ....
