I didn't have toooo much of interest in the olympics. But I just gotta good feeling about this. I would be very happy if the mood grips the nation.

Loved the Olympics . . . found them an inspiration Jay, I'll feel even more so I should think with the Para's.

Very interesting listening to a programme the other day, as to where they originated from, never knew it all started at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

I'm led to believe perps, theres a chance we could get more medals than anyone. That would be great. Either way, what this country has always been good at is exporting the feeling of the british people world wide. God knows why, but its always been like that. Will have to wait and see of course. But I'm hoping our boys and girls are gonna stuff em. I think it can only be a good thing.

We so often hear about how bad the world has become in modern day society. But the Paralympics is a shining example that (thank goodness) that so many changes in attitude (at long last) are for the better.

Well I love watching it. The adverts are destroying it mind. Thats worrying. But you can see them proper going for it.
I may try and get some tickets.
And your bang on the money there chrissie. Maybe if we do well, it will spur us on and other countries too

Paralympics apbrilliant, C4 coverage absolute c0ck... Honestly tonight they cut Clare Balding mid sentence to run the adverts, as much as I dislike the BBC they know how to do sports!!!

Saw some of it yesterday, was gobsmacked, such an inspiration.

Some epic Gold Medals won yesterday by team GB.
