He looks gorgeous.

Toby is still running me ragged at 6 months.

My top tip would be to keep a little lead on him.
Just let it trail, or use it to get him to follow you safely.

It's also a good way of grabbing him if you need to. Foot on the lead saves lots of chasing.....

Terriers are so independent!

I think you forget what hard work puppies can be, especially if you haven't raised one for a long time. I think terrier puppies can be very trying at times because they are so fearless and determined, with a mind of their own, so it can be difficult to get them to do something they don't want to do.

My two are Patterdale x Jack Russell Terrors, brother and sister from the same litter so they were double trouble to train. They are sometimes still hard work at two and a half years old, they are so mischievous but I love them both to bits.
