Well today I was patiently awaiting my vape mail from a lovely guy on UKV who kindly sent me a unique carto cover so as you can imagine I have been posty stalking since I knew it was sent.
Well to say I was crushed this morning would be an understatement as this is what I got.

If you ask me, its not the posties fault its the packaging, needed to be in a small box instead of a packet with 1 sheet of bubble rap.

look on the bright side at least you will be able to claim the cost back with them sending recorded

Awww Violet what a disappointment

I must say I have been lucky with all my vapemail, never received anything damaged or leaking, but that looks as though it's been well and truly mishandled. I hope you can sort something out

That would have actually taken quite a clank to reduce it to that state, Royal Mail at fault there without a doubt.

Anything thats posted these days should receive zero rough treatment, no excuse for it.
