Really weird

Hi all this may sound like a really stupid question ?
I have been happily vaping away on my riva for over a month , i have 3 batteries and 2 clearomizers. All of a sudden the juice is tasting really bad in both clearo's and i have tried all 3 batteries ??? I have now opened a brand new clearo and its no better , in fact its awful ?
It isnt a new bottle of juice , as I am halfway through it and its been fine up until this afternoon ...... has something happened to my taste buds ?

Short answer - yes

Unfortunately it does happen, suddenly taste buds go cranky. Fortunately it doesn't last long. A lot of people find vaping menthol helps at times like this

Very possibly Barbs, our taste buds do take a time to settle down post ciggies.

It's worth finding a couple of flavours that you enjoy so you can swap them about, when you're having an off day.

Don't forget that vaping dries you out more than smoking, make sure you drink lots especially when you have a heavy vaping day

We all get iffy tasting days Barbs, if it's any consolation to you.

The weird thing is, I hated the taste of ciggies as well.

sometimes there's ups and downs days with vaping barbs, and i too find myself in your situation..please don't worry!

unlike perps! i do actually like the taste of fresh tobacco, even tho now it makes me choke- it's mainly the revolting afterwards stale baccy smell that keeps me away.good thing too!

Any strong flavour will taint your atties. Keep a separate one especially for mint/menthol & coffee. When my taste buds throw a wobbly I switch to one of the juices I find rather bland.

Also the clearomisers may be getting near the end of their life, have you been rinsing them out and do you know how to dry burn them?

The other thing is barbs that you mention you may have overdone it during a stressful day. I know I've had occasions when I have done the same thing and kept puffing away more and more and getting less and less satisfaction. I've found that when that happens if I just stop vaping for an hour or two things improve greatly when I go back to it.

Try chewing some gum, I find it makes ll the difference.
