Sorry to hear the bad news. I may well have jumped on the bandwagon with the negative comments about the company but if you would like anyone to help you out with orders for the uk market, let me know.

I have received a message via paypal to say sorry for the wait and that they will ship today, I did have a message yesterday to say that it was being refunded, but I am happy to still have the order

Hi all,

we received really very very nice emails concerning Gary.

By this way I like to thank you all for the great understanding and tomorow, when I visit Gary's family, I will transmit the great support to their family.

There are more orders open then prognosed, so it might take up to 72h for ALL orders to be shipped out.

Seems that today all orders until 8th has been dispatched.

By tomorow most orders should have been dispatched.
