I feel really bad that this has happened to you all I used to buy from Easy when they first started out by selling on ebay over 3 years ago. Then bought a couple of times from their UK website without any problems. I'm hoping that Tsi, who I believe is still based in the Netherlands, will step up to the mark & post here with what the situation is & what he is going to do about it.

the woman who works opposite easy said the blinds are drawn but can't tell other than that, I opened dispute in the paypal resolution centre this morning and I have just received a refund from easy liquid, it's actually from easy not paypal, but no email or explanation, really odd, so I have no idea if it was shipped and didn't turn up or what has happened.

If you've paid via PayPal, I'd advise opening INR disputes NOW. Why give consideration to a vendor who has your money but hasn't fulfilled your orders and lacks the common courtesy of responding to you enquiries.
You can also complain to Harlow Trading Standards.

I totally agree Chrissie, a message to say sorry I messed up would be fine (and a refund of course!) it's no fair to treat people like this......it's rubbish! I have now got my refund but it does leave a bad taste.........I just had the receptionist from the company who work opposite easy liquid call back and say she has spoken to her manager and there are people at easy in the mornings for a couple of hours........so it doesn't look like they have shut shop........not sure if that helps anyone, perhaps call them in the morning?

Easyliquid are obviously monitoring their emails if they're making instant refunds to customers who open PayPal disputes. Maybe an idea for those who paid via BT to email the vendor to say they'll complain to Harlow Trading Standards unless they get an instant refund via BT & to DO it if you don't get a response.

took them 10 mins to refund through paypal and after reading the reviews am I glad
