I ordered mine on the 6th and I had an email saying they had shipped on the 9th but I still haven't received anything! I have left 2 emails and a voicemail! not very good..........If it hasn't turned up tomorrow I will open a dispute with paypal too!

Triple Menthol,and finally,surely we cant go wrong here,well its ok but I have one here that would knock it out with a single blow and that doesn't have a funny taste to it,as this one does,again could need a steep,10 bottles are going in the cupboard where hopefully someone left a magic wand What's the menthol that you use Alan ? I'm always looking for a new menthol

Do not have a PayPal account. So i am not quite sure what to do in this case. If you paid as a "paypal guest", which is what I understand you to mean, then you should still have protection. Paypal will be getting their cut of the deal.

HI Guys,
Yet another unhappy customer. Ordered on 8th October and have had no sign of any juice, no replies to emails and noone answering the phone...pretty shoddy service. THink I may just get a refund through paypal on this.

I've just posted on their facebook page as well.
I'm going to remove them from our list of vendors (plus their sister company in the Netherlands). I know that's not going to help those who haven't received their orders, but it may stop others ordering from them.

I have just called a company that are directly opposite them (I google mapped!) and the receptionist is going to go and have a look at the building to see if it looks dead or not this afo........I will let you all know then at least if it is closed up we can go about getting refunds via paypal etc!
