The Duchess & I are both on Blood thining agents so feel the cold, so YES its on at 21c
Like our comforts, Open fire starts in November.

No heating on here yet and there won't be till the outside temps get below zero  We made it through temps of minus 10 and below last winter when the boiler went bang and we couldn't afford to get it replaced at the time. The water is heating up on fumes from the oil tank and I have just had a quote for 1000 liters of oil at £630  This week I have had to find £750 to pay for the dogs and parrot being looked after during our holiday so the oil will have to wait for quite a while yet.
