Hi all, looks like my Clearo is leaking. It's the one that came with my Riva kit from vapeescape www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151 and I've had two pockets full of Honey Bee juice today :-[ Looks to me like it might not be screwing on properly and found the same with my other battery. Guessing it could well be a problem with using such a sweet e-juice that it may just need a good clean but I can't work out how to take it apart.

In answer to my own question
Will that work with the Vision Ego Clearomiser from my kit?

I shouldn't bother they're quite cheap now, £3-£4 each, just order a couple more, you did have a back-up didn't you? Or spend just a little more and get one or two that have the replacement heads, these are what I use now. the heads are £2 each and if you want to go even cheaper they are a doddle to re-coil and re-wick.

Nope, no back up and annoyingly only just placed an order of a few other bits so not going to order another until I need a few more bits. Would be good to know how to take apart anyway so even if this one is dead I can clean my new one properly so it lasts longer.

The vid you linked to was the one where I learned how to do these and I did a few with mixed results. The main problem is the tubes splitting, I found the clear ones split but interestingly the coloured ones don't ??? And remember ALWAYS get back ups and back ups for your back ups!

Well I have my SkyCig and also plenty of Cartos for my Riva. Also got an Atomiser and some more cartos on the way so I'll be ok Will attempt taking it apart tonight and see if a good clean in vodka works. If not then I'll be placing another order I guess!

Well, couldn't find my pliers so just wiggled it until it came off. Came apart fine and gave it a good clean and soak in vodka. A good rinse and then put it back together and......... damn, couldn't get the tube back on fully and eventually the thread got stuck on. Only way to get it off was to pretty much snap it so no clearo for me until I order a new one. Kept the tube as a spare as it's fine and luckily my attomiser arrived yesterday. Getting good results direct dripping but so far have found nothing beats the clean vaping taste I've got from a clearo.

I get the rebuildable one's now as they are a doddle to rewick and recoil.

Thanks, just ordered a rebuildable, plus another five Grizwald's pick n mix juices. Was going to just buy 30ml honey bee as I love it, but can't resist trying more and more flavours. I need a tool box.
