anyone know where i can get one of these? the centre post of my argento has been pushed down, and prising it up only works temporarily. so i'm wondering if she needs a hot spring.

Unfortunately a hot spring will not solve the centre pin sinking. Sent from my Nexus 7 using proboards

There was a good tip on VTTV the other night Dave Dorn had a similar problem and used a small rubber O ring under the center post. www.vapourtrails.tv/?p=4260

Booblay the hot spring is the one in the end cap that screws against the bottom of the battery. If it's the argento I sent you it already has a hot spring in it. As Des said, it won't affect the centre post though. If the centre pin keeps being pushed in it sounds as though something is being screwed on too tight

That's exactly what happened, oneday. What is it with noobies? You tell em specifically not too screw in things too tight, and they do. You say, 'Now listen, this is important,' and they nod but they're too busy fiddling with their new toys to listen.
This is my dad I'm talking about, the plonker.
OK. Thanks for your input everyone. I thought the hot spring and the centre post were related somehow. This morning the argento is working fine again, so i just don't know anymore. What with my LT broken and a very low bank balance, i just hope my dad's argento will stay alive long enough for me to sort something out.
