That is true, not a NRT but you could in theory, go from 18mg to 11 to 6 to 0 and stop all together, to be fair, when i was on the inhalator's i couldnt really stop properly with that and ended up heating the little plastic things so i would get more of a nic hit lol but they are supposed to be the approved NRT but yes vaping is truly an alternative and im sure most would agree a great alternative, not sure Philip Morris & co would agree though.

When I first bought my kit, I didn't actually intend to quit smoking but hoped it would help me cut down on smoking 40-50 roll ups per day. On my first day of vaping I smoked 15 cigs and then as the week went on, found I was smoking a few less each day until by the end of that first week, I was down to 0 without even trying to cut down.

After around 3 weeks without a stinky, more out of curiosity rather than actually wanting one, I lit up one of my husband's roll ups but had to stub it out after a couple of puffs - it was disgusting! Since then I've had no inclination to try another one.

I've been vaping around six weeks now and can't believe how easy it has been for me to quit the stinkys after numerous failed attempts that never lasted more than a few days. I can't see me ever going back to them now.

I went from 35-40 rollies a day to 0 immediately after I bought my vape kit. And I had been smoking for 32 years !

I had 1 puff earlier but yukkkk won't be doing it again !!!

I've had one drag of a cigarette in almost two years

It was the first year anniversary of me quitting that I decided to roll up some golden virgnia to see what exactly I was missing. I wasn't missing a whole lot, honestly lol. I took one drag and stubbed it out. Could not believe I smoked them for so long.

I started about two years ago on a little 510 because that's about all there was at the time besides the ego or really bad kr808's or similar. I put my cigs aside on day one desipite the 510 not quite being enough for me. I knew it could work, so I kept trying new things and just vaped through any cravings. It was really easy and I've not looked back

I'm glad there's so many options for vaping now. If you wanna quit by vaping, there's very likely a solution for you out there yo

Not had one in eight weeks and not really had the inclination apart from the early days when my clearomiser was gunked up and washing didn't get rid of the oily burnt taste or effort needed to get a drag out of it.

At the moment I'm like an evangelistic dog with two dicks, and my enthusiasm for vaping far surpasses any thoughts for returning to the fags.

Currently messing around with flavours and vanilla and raspberry with my first coffee in the kitchen is much better than a Cafe Creme stood outside the back door.

Almost 4 months for me. since that day have not had so much of a puff from a stinkie neither have I been remotely interested in having one ..Until last night. I was totally shocked when this incredible urge for a stinkie overcame me. I didn't give in ( don't have any in the house ) and today I am fine again. Is this normal? I was absolutely convinced that I'd cracked it. Mind you I was watching the Ryder Cup at the time !!!!

Well, i've been quit for five weeks now and during that time i've had two whole ciggies and a few puffs here and there...... all while under the influence of alcohol!
