Been having a bit of a hard time lately and bought a pack of ten ciggies yesterday as I was feeling really low - not sure what the logic was there Lit one, had a couple of puffs and stubbed it out. Truly horrible. Spent rest of evening direct dripping which cheered me up a wee bit.

I'm one of those who decided I'd have the occasional stinky. I find it easier to commit to that. Then again, it's been nine days.

I had a drag of Mr Fan's mother's fag the last time we were up there, it was gross! I just wanted to reassure myself that I still didn't like them. I haven't bought any stinkies since the Riva arrived, and I stopped using the e-lites.

After the first two weeks, not one . . . having been an utter fag ash Lil, something I thought I'd never ever be saying, 2 some years on.
But, if having the odd ciggy alongside vaping, works for you then it's not a crime, nor anything to beat yourself up about.

Smoked alongside vaping for the first month. My consumption dropped 80% straight away and by the end of the first month I was down to two a day. Next day I didn't have any, and haven't since. I did have cravings for a long time until I found my perfect setup.
May try one on my one year anniversary, just to see...

I haven't had a stinky since March the 8th, 2012 at 2 o'clock. That's when my eGo-T kit arrived. I'd been smoking between 20 and 40 Marlboro reds a day for nearly 40 years, before that. Probably more chuffed for my mate, he'd smoked between 60 and 80 roll-ups a day for over 50 years. He hasn't had a stinky since the 10th of March, 2012. Still drink too much Guinness, though.

The last cigarette I had was September 15th 2011 about half an hour before my pen like 510 finished charging. So not even one puff since I started vaping. I do passively smoke though.

I gave up about 5 years ago for 2 years using nicotine inhalator's from the chemist, they were pretty good, but then I got a Squash injury and couldnt play squash anymore and as I was bored I started smoking again, for some reason I couldnt go back on the inhalator's, then saw my mate with a cigirex type e-cig, first I ever saw one with the vapour and all that coming out, was mesmerised, quickly came off the real fags and I havent had one since, that was about 2 to 3 years ago. trouble is, I dont think ill ever stop vaping, is that bad? i know your supposed to use it to come off the stuff but its more of a hobby than an addiction, kind of! Now now Vapourtine! As a vendor you should know that vaping is absolutely NOT a smoking cessation device, merely an "alternative". Big Pharma have lovely skin patches and gum and inhalators and pellets and suppositories for smoking cessation because Big Pharma love you and want you to live longer (or just feel like it, one or the other!) The fact that so many people now vape instead of smoking tobacco, to their physical and financial benefit, is obviously purely coincidental...
