I bought a Vivi Nova a few weeks ago- it is supposedly V2.5 (long wick) and I really like it. However, I've just received some replacement heads- again they are supposed to be V2.5, but they don't seem to fit. They have a metal cone at the top which the heads which came with the kit didn't have and the lid won't close properly because of it.
I'm confused, can anyone help please?

Contact the vendor you purchased from explaining your problem.
They might have changed manufacturer and am unaware of the differences

Looks like they've sent the wrong heads..Best thing is to contact supplier and ask for replacements.
You can try to swap the washer from your old heads and try but the cone itself should not prevent the top cap from screwing in all the way as the cone usually pokes through the hole. More likely the heads are too tall..

I bought a mini nova from vapeescape, and a 3.5ml standard, from vapourhut and they are not compatible. Heads on VH protude higher than the VE tanks. even with changing the caps over.
Now got 2 standards and a mini so can chop and change to my hearts content. Using the VH tank to try out my rebuilding skills

Is there a way of determining which tank kit you have? Now I don't know if they sent me the wrong tank or the wrong replacement heads.....

Can anyone confirm what size the tank is on the V2.5? Google suggests that it is 3ml whereas mine is 2.8. I'm wondering if I have the old model. I'm pretty confused at this point!

The heads on the website look identical to the ones I have so would sugest you have been sent V3 heads by mistake. Dave

I think the position of the air hole at the connector end changed between versions..
If you post a picture of yours along with where you bought the NOVA's from originally from, someone will no doubt will be able to tell you which one's you have..
You could also email the supplier and he may be able to supply you with the right info.

I actually deliberately use vision heads in my vivi nova. i just screw em in tight. the silicon ends up breaking a bit around the pointy thing, but it stays squidged down once i've screwed the top down, so even if it breaks totally, it still stays put.
since doing this i NEVER get leakage in my mouth
but enough about my sex life
(sorry)
